State Farm® Insurance Agent Theresa Solon

"The staff did not carry my "old" plan to my new car when purchased August of 2024. I specifically asked for this to happen because, of course, i wanted all my same coverages. I've been learned from past (bad) experiences to have these extras on my plan. After being reassured several times that it had carried over exactly, i found out a couple weeks ago, that they did not do that. Of course I didnt know it was the case until it was time for me to use one of the extras I paid for, road side assistance. When I called Statefarm for this, I was told I didnt have it on my policy.Ive been in this situation before, and was trying to avoid all this and the staff dropped the ball. I had my car towed anyway because it was broken down on a busy street. When I called the office to inquire, I was told that they were going to send a message to their "higher ups" to see if rhey can back date it and refund me my tow charge. . After over a week of waiting, the answer was "no". Their HUGE mistake and not fixing it is a huge no no for me. I dont put my trust in you, then you fail, then you fail me even worse. I canceled with them immediately. Besides this, I got daily, sometimes more than once a day calls asking to add on life insurance. I never called them back, you'd think they get the hint that I wasn't interested. Nope. Huge ick! The more a company calls to hassle me, the least I'm attracted to them. And in the middle of the mess they made with my non coverage, they had the audacity to ask during those phone calls if i wanted to add the life insurance. Read the room! NO! Why???? So you can charge me for it and not actually have it??? I have no trust in this company at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM STATE FARM!!!"
